Are you a runner? Are you new to running? This class is to build or build upon our current habit of running. Each week we come together to challenge ourselves to move faster and stronger. There are varying levels of participants. Together we warm up at the beginning for 5 to 7 mins the begin together. At 8:45 to 8:50 we perform 3 to 4 sprints. Then we finish with a 5 min stretch. Pace and Distance: Since we are at varying levels the paces range from 12 minute miles to 9 minute miles. Location: Payment: Please consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise regiment.
